Singapore Grant Application Document Checklist

Most grant delays aren't about eligibility — they're about a missing document or a date that doesn't line up. This is the pre-submission checklist I run before any Singapore SME grant application goes in.

Use it when: Before submitting any Singapore SME grant application (PSG, EDG, MRA and more) — a final completeness pass.

How to use this template

  1. 1Run the full checklist before you hit submit — not after a rejection.
  2. 2Pay special attention to the 'nothing committed before submission' line — it's unfixable if missed (the gate is the application date, not approval).
  3. 3Check eligibility at group level if you own more than one entity.
  4. 4Make sure the narrative is specific, not boilerplate.

This is a preparation aid for your own submission. The government offers this funding, and businesses apply through the official portals themselves — the application stays yours.

Fill the template, then walk it through with me — I'll tell you where a reviewer will push back and how to tighten it. The government offers the funding; businesses apply through the official channels.
